Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Wizhub account. If you're using Wizhub on behalf of a band, label, or agency, you confirm you have authority to do so.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@wizardwater.com.au if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of everything you upload to Wizhub — music links, photos, bios, tracklists, and so on ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Wizhub a limited licence to host, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating your public Wizhub page.

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you upload. Don't upload anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.

If you use Wizhub's fanlist feature to collect Fan email addresses, you agree to:

• Only use that data for communicating with your own fans about your own music and shows.
• Comply with applicable spam and privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Principles) in how you use that data.
• Not sell, rent, or share fan data with third parties.
• Honour unsubscribe and data deletion requests.

You are the "controller" of the Fan data you collect through your page; Wizhub processes it on your behalf to provide the service.

Wizhub offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Agency) as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), and our Refund Policy is at wizhub.app/refund.

Payments are processed by Paddle and appear on your statement as a Paddle charge. We do not store your card details ourselves.

Don't use Wizhub to:

• Impersonate another artist or person.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to Wizhub's systems.
• Scrape or harvest data from other users' pages.
• Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair Wizhub for others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We aim to keep Wizhub available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Wizhub is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice with reasonable advance notice where practical.
