Privacy Policy

From Artists (account holders)

• Name, email address, password (encrypted).
• Artist/band name, bio, photos, social and streaming links you add.
• Release information you add (titles, dates, artwork, tracklists).
• Payment information if you upgrade to a paid plan (collected and processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record — we do not store your card details ourselves).
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, device and browser type).

From Fans (visitors to an artist's page)

• Email address, if you sign up to an artist's fanlist.
• Basic analytics data (page views, link clicks, approximate location from IP address, device type) if the artist has tracking enabled.
• Cookie data — see our Cookie Policy.

• To create and operate your account (contract).
• To let Artists build and publish their page (contract).
• To let Fans sign up to an artist's fanlist, only with the Fan's own active consent (consent).
• To send service emails such as confirming signup or account notices (contract/legitimate interest).
• To power analytics and pixel tracking an Artist has chosen to enable (consent, via cookie banner, where required by law).
• To improve Wizhub and fix problems (legitimate interest).
• To prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal information.

Our service providers: hosting and database (Supabase), email delivery, and similar infrastructure providers — only to the extent needed to run Wizhub.

Paddle (Merchant of Record): when you purchase a paid plan, Paddle.com processes the payment as our reseller and Merchant of Record, and receives the data needed to take payment, manage your subscription, handle tax compliance and issue invoices. Paddle's name appears on your statement.

Pixel/analytics services an Artist enables: if an Artist adds their own Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager ID to their page, visiting Fans' data may be shared with those platforms according to that platform's own privacy policy. This is the Artist's own tool, connected with the Artist's own account — we do not control what those platforms do with the data once received.

Law enforcement or legal process, where required. We never sell Fan or Artist data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Wizhub's infrastructure may store and process data outside Australia (including the United States and European Union, depending on our hosting provider's regions). Where personal data of EU/UK individuals is transferred outside those regions, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We keep account and page data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after closure for legal and operational purposes. Fan email addresses are kept until the Artist removes them or the Fan asks to be removed, whichever is sooner.

Depending on where you live (this includes rights under the EU/UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Principles, and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information ("right to erasure").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribing from an artist's fanlist).
• Receive your data in a portable format.

Fans: to unsubscribe from an artist's fanlist or request your data be deleted, use the unsubscribe link in any email you receive, or contact us at info@wizardwater.com.au.

Artists: you can access, export, or delete most of your data directly from your dashboard. For anything else, contact us at info@wizardwater.com.au.

Wizhub is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or other relevant regulator, in line with our legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify Artists by email.
